What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3 PM, check-out by 11 AM. Self check-in via lockbox — full instructions are sent the day before arrival. Earlier check-in or later check-out can sometimes be arranged on request.
Is parking included?
Yes — designated covered parking is included with every stay. We register your number plate in advance so you can drive straight in.
What’s the cancellation policy?
We currently offer a flexible policy: free cancellation up to 1 day before check-in. Exact terms for your dates are shown at checkout before you confirm.
How close are our apartments to Yas Island attractions?
Ferrari World, SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World, Etihad Arena and Yas Marina Circuit are all 5–10 minutes by car. Yas Mall is a 5-minute drive. Zayed International Airport is 10 minutes. Dubai is approximately 50 minutes by car.
What’s included in the stay?
Free WiFi, AC, full kitchen with Nespresso, washing machine, towels and toiletries, plus access to the building pool and gym. Welcome snacks, water bottles and Turkish coffee waiting for you on arrival.
Are the apartments family-friendly?
Yes — sleeps 4 (king bed in bedroom + sofa bed in living room). A baby crib is available on request. Many of our guests stay with kids, and the building has an outdoor kids’ play area, pool and indoor kids’ zone.
How do I contact the host team?
WhatsApp or call us anytime at +971 58 580 2785. Our team usually replies within an hour, day or night. The building also has a 24/7 lobby concierge for anything property-related — building access, deliveries, maintenance, general questions.
Is this a licensed, registered rental?
Yes — at Casa Duna, all our holiday homes are DCT licensed (Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi).
